| Sarah and Lamara see a direct link between our levels of vitality and our capacity to express our authentic impulses. They use body wisdom as a source of guidance through dance and movement, persona play, archetypal characters and interactive experiences.
Lamara and Sarah create a space of total permission for each person to follow what is authentic and true for them moment to moment. Each individual is the leader of their own self-discovery that includes being loud and big and boisterous or soft and inward and meditative. Sarah and Lamara expand on the theme of authentic expression through their "sacred theater" events. In moving beyond scripts and into improvisation, they create the opportunity to practice living in the present moment. |
